SET SMART GOALS

During exercise, you will lose a lot of fluids through excessive sweating. This may lead to dehydration of the body. You should prevent this by drinking a lot of water before, during and after exercise. Always remember that water is very important for the body.

You must make sure that your physician approves every activity that you do so that you can keep yourself safe all the time. Exercise professionals like instructors are important so that you will have someone to guide you in every activity that you do.
